    1. Oh The MIX! My favorite (well one of them) martini is gin and basil - but prosecco and triple sec - a dangerous triangle? Or just too sweet? May have to try....

Your complement on my photos is one I'll treasure, as yours are always a great escape for me. :)

      Cheers!

    1. Karen - Thank you.
This is a special comment as it was sent at 3:33. We call that getting a Hello from my dad!

His birthday was 3-3-33 and those numbers pop up on clocks, mile markers, license plates,... at important or just plain fun times. :-)

      Cheers!

  3. Linda,
I love all the pretty glass on your mantel. Especially love your orchid with the little bird! You always have a wonderful eye for putting things together!

Hey what's that drink? It's about that time again for another of your cocktail posts!!
Hope you have a beautiful Mother's Day!

    xx

    1. Thank you. :-) I like when something new comes into the mix (glass collection) and then I am freed to change everything around. I have a lot of little birds around.... don't know how they've found me.

THAT drink looks like trouble! But on the "4th hour of Today with Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb" they call it Sangria. We are in the midst of springtime drinking season with the Triple Crown beginning. Each race has a speciality drink.... check out my posts from last year to get the recipes. Cheers!

Happy Mother's Day to you too, dearest "commentor". :-)

  4. I love how you've mixed-styled those blue bottles and then the amber pieces on the left. You have such a way with that. I am hopeless and have given up with those small collections-vignettes, somehow they always look stilted or self conscious when I do them.

    1. And I admire your bold strokes of color and leaving empty spaces in your interior - go figure!

Sometimes I enjoy clearing it all out and "go naked" as it does become visual static. And then my mood changes and it's all back again. hm. ;-)
